RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

At Abrams, we believe in providing the best possible online shopping experience for our customers.

Before you return your purchase, please make sure:

  • You contact customer service and receive an RMA number approving your return (which must be included in your package).
  • Returns must be new and in the original packaging.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The Customer is responsible for shipping & insurance and ensuring that the product arrives at Abrams undamaged and is also advised to use a reliable shipping service with tracking.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that some credit card companies or banks require an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Exchange

Once your return for exchange is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days of receipt), your replacement item will be shipped out by the next business day if no balance is due.

Any refunds due will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Please note that some credit card companies or banks require an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

 

Abrams reserves the right to refuse any package not authorized for return.
