A straightforward way to buy through NASPO

Abrams MFG is an awarded supplier under NASPO ValuePoint's Public Safety Vehicle Lights, Sirens & Accessories portfolio. Our Master Agreement with Minnesota gives eligible organizations access to contract-covered Abrams products through a competitively awarded cooperative purchasing contract.

Who can use this contract?

Participation depends on the applicable Participating Addendum (PA), state requirements and your organization's purchasing authority. Organizations that may qualify include:

  • State departments, agencies and institutions
  • Federally recognized tribes
  • Local governments, public agencies and service districts
  • Quasi-governmental entities
  • Public and private schools, colleges, universities and trade schools
  • Eligible nonprofit organizations

A PA establishes participation under Abrams' Master Agreement and identifies the organizations authorized to purchase.

Is your organization covered?

Check whether your state has a Participating Addendum with Abrams and whether it covers your organization. If you're unsure or your state isn't listed, contact us. We can help confirm eligibility and work with NASPO and the appropriate state procurement contact to explore establishing a PA. Eligible individual organizations may also be able to establish a PA with the required authorization.
